Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of WCC Online at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Canada.

Wrestling Cup Classic and WCC Online are original, independent creative works. All game content, branding, design, code, fictional promotions, characters, event names, and storylines are the intellectual property of the WCC Online project unless otherwise noted.

Original Content

The names "Wrestling Cup Classic," "WCC Online," all fictional promotion names (AWG, NOVA, HWA, AAA, OJPW, VJPW, QCW, WCC, FREE), and all associated branding are original titles created for this project. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any existing real-world wrestling organization, promotion, or rights holder.

Third-Party Trademarks

Any real-world names, promotions, or trademarks referenced in gameplay for illustrative or comparison purposes remain the property of their respective owners. WCC Online does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and does not intend to infringe upon any existing trademark or copyright.

User-Generated Content

Any content you create within the game (promotion names, booking decisions, seasonal records) remains associated with your account. You grant WCC Online a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your creative decisions within the game.

WCC Online offers optional Google Sign-In to enable cloud saving across devices. Signing in is not required to play, but is strongly recommended for any ongoing career or season.

Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's name and email address for the purpose of identifying your account and associating your save data. We do not receive or store your Google password. Your Google account is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cloud Save Data

When signed in, your game progress — including your promotion, roster, finances, championships, feuds, and season history — is saved to the cloud via Firebase (a Google service). This allows you to access your save on any device and browser where you are signed into the same Google account.

Local Saves

If you play without signing in, your progress is stored locally in your browser. Local saves are not transferable between devices or browsers, and may be lost if browser data is cleared. WCC Online is not responsible for loss of local save data.

Account Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to have your cloud save data deleted, contact us at WrestlingCupClassic@gmail.com and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe.

Free to Play

WCC Online is free to play. The core game, all promotions, and all features are available without payment. Any optional purchases (such as supporter tiers, cosmetics, or future premium features) will be clearly marked and are entirely optional.

Payment Processing

If purchases are offered, payment is processed securely through Stripe. WCC Online does not store your full payment card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with any purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital goods and supporter purchases: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the item has not been substantially used or consumed.
• Subscription-style features: Refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis for unused time, evaluated case by case.
• No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms.
